A native of the area, David grew up in Bath and graduated from Morse High School. He attended the University of Maine and received a degree in Political Science. David lives in Phippsburg with his wife, Catherine. They enjoy outdoor activities including: golf at Sebasco, boating and hiking. David is an active member in the community; he is a Past Chairman of the Board of Directors at Mid Coast Hospital.
